Bettina Maisch is teaching, coaching and applying human-centered methodology Design Thinking within the b2b and strongly technology-driven company Siemens. Bettina is applying Design Thinking at Siemens since 2012 for all corporate units as well as the divisions/business units on hard-, software-, service projects and within the Intrapreneurs Bootcamp – one Corporate Startup format within Siemens.

Bettina holds a PhD in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, a diploma in Business Communication as well as a diploma in E-Business from the University of Arts in Berlin. She conducted research at the Center for Design Research at Stanford University funded by the Hasso Plattner Design Thinking Research Program. Bettina is currently teaching Business Innovation at the University St. Gallen as well as Design Thinking at the University of Applied Science Ingolstadt.
