Claudio was a customer of Salesforce in prior roles, leading B2B and B2C global marketing and sales at IMD Business School. In this role he advised several global organizations in designing and delivering turn around strategies focused on customer value creation. Swiss-Italian, father of four children, speaking five languages, Claudio holds two BSc in hospitality management from EHL and computer sciences from HEG, and a joint Executive Master in Communications and Management from USI/UCLA.
