Arif Hatip recently joined Körber Digital GmbH, a full owned subsidiary of Körber AG, to build up the Corporate Venturing and External Innovation activities.
The first ten years of his professional career, Arif spent in Management Consulting. In this time, he helped large MNEs and also private investors mainly from Automotive, hi-tech and clean tech industries with his expertise in Growth Strategies, setting up of new businesses, Entrepreneurship, Innovations, Venture Capital and Mergers & Acquisitions. He earned his MBA (major in Entrepreneurship) at the IE in Madrid.
Arif then spent 8 years with Bosch. The first six years, he was responsible for the Corporate Strategy and M&A for the Infotainment and Instrumentation Division. In this role, he initiated and drove the digitalisation of the division including the build-up of IoT-Solutions, Cloud Services and External Innovations. The last two years at Bosch, Arif built up a Corporate Incubator for Venture Capital Investments and External Innovations with focus on the Automotive Infotainment and Instrumentation business. He headed the fully owned subsidiary of Bosch as CEO for two years, before he decided to join Körber Digital recently.
